Littlerock is the Antelope Valley’s fruit basket, and its homes work for a living. The housing stock runs older and more modest than the west side, the properties carry sheds and barns that a working family actually uses, and the cabinet demand follows: practical projects, honestly priced, built to take use.
Refacing earns its keep here. Plenty of Littlerock kitchens have boxes worth keeping under tired doors, and the $4,500 to $12,000 refacing range delivers the biggest visible change per dollar we sell. Full custom still has its place, especially in the orchard properties’ main houses, but we quote the cheaper path first whenever the boxes deserve it.
The working side of the property is the other half of our Littlerock book: garage cabinet walls with benches, laundry and utility rooms that organize a farm household and fruit-stand counters and storage built to commercial durability. Those builds use working-grade materials priced well below kitchen finishes.
Cabinets versus the east wind
East valley properties deal with real dust, the kind that finds every gap when the wind runs down off the buttes. For garages and outbuildings we build with full-overlay doors, back panels and door seals that keep cabinets closer to dust-tight than open shelving can ever be. It is a small engineering choice that Littlerock owners notice within the first month of wind season.
Orchard country coverage
Around Littlerock the projects come from the Pearblossom Highway fruit stands, the orchard properties, the older homes off 82nd Street East, the ag parcels toward the aqueduct, covering ZIP 93543. If your home is near those, odds are we have measured a kitchen within a few streets of it.

Asked along the Pearblossom Highway
Is refacing worth it on a fifty-year-old kitchen?
Only if the boxes pass inspection, and at fifty years that is genuinely uncertain until we look. Solid old plywood boxes reface beautifully; particleboard that has met fifty years of sink moisture does not. The look costs nothing and settles the question honestly.
What does a wall of garage cabinets cost?
Most single-wall garage builds land between $2,500 and $6,000, with full wrap-around setups reaching $10,000. Working-grade materials keep the price well under kitchen numbers while taking harder use.
Can you build storage and counters for a fruit stand or farm store?
Yes, that is commercial casework at small scale, and we like those jobs. Durable surfaces, sensible security and washdown-tolerant finishes, priced per linear foot on the commercial line of the cost guide.
